GENERAL DETAIL SPECIFICATIONS:

MODEL: HL 1440   -  Size :  14" (Dia.) x 40" (L) 2 Rolls MIXING ROLL MILLS.

 

(1). Type: Two roll of horizontal, foundation is unity, add lever

      controller 10 units.
(2). Size: 14 inches dia. x 40 inches length.
(3). Roll R.P.M.: Front -- 12, Rear -- 12.
(4). Main Motor: 50 HP/45KW/8P/380V/50HZ. Brand : TECO ( Taiwan )
(5). Roll Position:

   5.1). Material: Cold rolling, inside could heating and cooling.

   5.2). Hardness: HS 70 (toll. plus or minus 2 degrees).

          Thickness: 12 mm surface to and process by grind.

   5.3). Cooling system: Hermetically sealed pressure rotary joint,

           ducts and manual valve attached to the gangway.

(6). Bearing of roll:

   6.1). Use bearing structure.

   6.2). Lubricated of bearing by 1/2 HP pump motor, automatic

           circulate, oil pump box setup line, inlet place have 4 

           scope could look and adjust.

  (7). Gear box:

   7.1). Use one input shift and one output shift to drive.

   7.2). Lubricated: Oil bathe itself plash type.

 (8). Diaphragm: By hand adjuster, get in touch with surface of

      roll is MC-NYLON material.

 (9). Roll gap adjust: Hand operate one side drive.

 (10). Retrieve material plate: Stainless steel #304.

 (11). Emergency Brake: Yaskawa (Japan), Type: QB SS 806C1/ 200 V 

    11.1). Bottom switch hand press --- 4 fixed.

    11.2). Emergency rope switch -----  2 fixed.

    11.3). Emergency stop (Max.) ----- 90 degrees
